| Our aim is to get your order dispatched in 3 working days or less by Royal Mail post for small items, Standard Parcel service for larger pieces. Please have it in
mind that at busy periods of the year, school holidays and Christmas for example, this time scale may extend considerably. |

| We can only deliver one order to one address. If you require delivery to more than one address please place separate orders for each address. |

| If you are not in on delivery and the item will not fit through your letter box or alternative delivery instruction have not been made a Failed Delivery Card (by
Royal Mail or its agent) will be left. After two failed deliveries the goods are returned to the depot for 28 days in the case of Royal Mail or 7 days by an agent. If the goods are not collected or
arrangement made to collect them then they will be returned to us. A redelivery charge will be made in such cases. |

There is a flat rate fee of £3.00 per order under £25.00. Orders over £25.00 are post free. |
